Our Program Coordinator helps ensure that your visits with our interdisciplinary team are streamlined. In most cases, the team will conduct your initial evaluations and complete your testing in a single day. This saves you the trouble of coming in for multiple appointments upfront, so it is a lot more convenient for you. It also expedites the process of preparing for your new beginning.
Our program coordinator serves as your single point of contact for questions, concerns and coordinating your appointments. She is responsible for program oversight, planning, patient and staff education, clinical pathway development, data management, and clinical and program standards' compliance for inpatient and outpatient bariatric interventions. She provides patient education and support as well as working closely with the multidisciplinary team. In addition, she provides exercise and activity expertise for both the inpatient and outpatient program components, and facilitates follow up services including group support activities.
